These terms are the agreement between you and us for using TillyReply. We've kept them short and plain. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
TillyReply is a social-media reply and moderation service operated by TillyCall Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17402622, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. You can reach us at info@tillycall.com.
TillyReply helps businesses manage comments on their social media posts — automatically posting replies, sending direct messages, answering questions, and hiding spam or abuse, based on the rules you set up. What's available depends on your plan.
Don't use TillyReply to send spam, harass or deceive people, post unlawful content, or break the policies of any connected platform. We can suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.
When you connect a social account, you authorise us to act on your behalf as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard, or remove our access from the platform's own settings.
We work hard to keep TillyReply running well, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Automated replies rely on third-party platforms (such as Meta) which are outside our control.
As far as the law allows, TillyCall Ltd isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
You can stop using TillyReply and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. When your use ends, how we handle your data is covered by our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
